Jamelah Zidan
Special guest
Jamela Zidan is the Restorative Community Coordinator in the Mission, Culture & Inclusive Community division of Naropa University.
“Restorative conversation happens when two folks have been in conflict, harm may have been done. And students, faculty, staff can request support with repairing the harm that’s been done in that conflict. I coordinate all of that. I do intake, and I do pre-conferencing, and then ideally, it would be that I assign a facilitator to help them with that conversation.” - Mindful U Podcast Interview
